This is a new stall in the Balestier Food Centre. They serve pig's organs soup, Bah Kut Teh soup etc.We tried the Bah Kut Teh soup ($4.50).There were about 4-5 pieces of pork ribs in the soup, together with garlic cloves.Soup was tasty (not too oily or salty), and portion was a good size.Will be back to try the other soups another time.
