There were many coffee stalls in Tiong Bahru market and yet I always patronised this stall. When I first bought from this stall, a cup of coffee cost just $0.80. Now it was $0.90, still cheaper than a lot of other places. Other than coffee and tea, they sell sugarcane as well. I realised that this was the trend in this food centre. Most of the stalls here sell both sugarcane and hot drinks. The coffee was pretty good, not very thick and not too sweet. You could ask the seller to give you a thicker one if that's what you fancy.
