There are 3 'Tze Cha' stalls here but this seemed to be the most popular one. I decided to take away the Yam Ring with Mixed Vegetables and Salted Egg Yolk Crabs for dinner at home. Salted egg yolk crabs is one of the version i like my crabs to be cooked. I enjoyed the savory, slightly saltish texture of egg yolk that enhanced the flavor of the crabs really well. It cooked nicely with curry leaves and red cut chillies.
Give it a try if you happen to be in the vicinity. Highly recommended.
