My mother walked the entire ABC Brickworks Food Centre looking for a BBQ stall and only found this stall. Apparently this is the only stall that is selling Stingray and other seafood. My mother ordered the sambal stingray from them. It took quite a while for them to serve it to us. When they serve to us, they did not give us the special chilli sauce that always goes with sambal stingray. The amount of sambal they spread on top the stingray was not enough as well. their sambal was also not spicy. Well I guess I have tasted better.

i was going to ikea with my parents when my dad suggested we skip the crowd at ikea and have our dinner at the nearby ABC food centre. He ordered our favourite sambal stingray for the family to share. this was the only shop that was opened and sold sambal stingray. It was not particularly nice, but how bad can a sambal stingray go? The meat was quite fresh, it was not over grilled. It appeared to me that they grilled the stingray first then smeared the sambal on top. but nevertheless, it was still ok.
