This was my second time dining at this restaurant. It has quite a reputable Indian cuisine and they have a few branches in Singapore. Their dishes are priced affordably and it's a good place to dine if you feel like the Indian ambience with great food. The servers in the restaurant were all men and there was only one man who could take orders on his digital palm, which made ordering/ changing orders quite a hassle since we had to keep calling him. We ordered the three different types of bryani-
We ordered the three different types of bryani- mutton, chicken, fish. Everything (rice and meat) was served in quite a small bowl and it was quite difficult to eat, so we had to transfer it onto another plate. The mutton briyani tasted the best. The meat was soft and chewy. The rice was also well cooked and was not mushy at all. I really enjoyed the rice although it's quite fattening.
Besides briyani, we also ordered tandoori chicken and garlic naan which were equally delicious. The tandoori chicken could only be ordered after 6.30pm as they had to heat up the stove. It was really juicy and you could taste that it was roasted/ burnt. It is a must try! The naan was oily but crispy and savoury. You could feel the garlic melt in your mouth.
They serve all types of drinks but we tried their mango lassi which was made up of mango and thick yoghurt. It was not too sour and there was more sweetness from the yoghurt.
Go early to avoid the queue!
