Stumbled upon this place while bicycling around Sentosa. The highlight was definitely the coffee flavoured soft serve ice cream. Coffee ice cream can be hit or miss, but Baristart was perfect. There was a deep flavour to the coffee ice cream with a great balance of mellow bitterness and creamy sweetness. The Hokkaido milk ice cream was also good, but the coffee ice cream was definitely the star.We also ordered some espresso drinks. The flavour of the coffee was good too. I think that the only negative is that the atmosphere wasn't amazing, but that's more about the Sentosa area instead of the cafe itself. We will def be going again.
