Mom has bought a few kuehs from this outlet as she always like the Nonya kuehs from Bengawan Solo. The kuehs taste fresh and look nice. The kuehs do not taste too sweet and are easy down the throat. My favourite is the Kuih Salat ($1.00) which is a typical " Nyonya Kuih " that's made up of glutinous rice, eggs, Pandan leaves and coconut milk. The kaya part is extremely smooth and its sweetness balance the heaviness of the glutinous rice. 繼續閱讀

$7.50 for this "tiger" cake roll ... It gotten its name as the outer layer looks like the tiger's stripes ... One roll usually can be sliced into 6 to 7 pieces of 1.5cm to 2cm thick. Good choice for breakfast or snack. The cake is springy and soft. My kids are always smitted with the mixed colours The cream is smooth and sweetness is just to the right level 繼續閱讀
