Usually when my foreign friends come to visit me at singapore, i will usually buy the.traditional pandan cake for him or her to bring back to their countries. The spoinge cake is very soft and light in texture. It is.not too sweet and the natural flavour from the pandan leaves certainly has enhanced this sponge cake. Great to have it with a cup of hot beverages such as coffee, milo or tea willbe ideally tasty.

I always fancy the pandan cake from bangawan solo. not only me , even my parents also like the pandan cake from bangawan solo.The reason is because, this is the very few cakes that did not have cream ! Furthermore, the cake is not very sweet, which allows me to enjoy more pieces of pandan cakes. Other than tjhe pandan cakes, i have recommend one to try the mango cakes and black forest cakes.
