We were at a meeting at Kallang area, so thought of having a couple of ice cold beers and some snacks at a cool/chillout place like Brewerkz. We ordered Hawaiian Pizza, Beer Chili Cheese Fries, Bangers & Mash!Thin pizza crust topped with generous amount of ingredients was fantastic!Flavourful chili cheese fries was phat and satisfying; Crunchy bratwurst with creamy mashed potatoes was toothsome. These pork ribs from Brewerkz are one of the most sellable dishes from this restaurant. The portion is generous and really enjoy the juicy and tender pork meat and the fragrant from the barberqued sauce used in marinating the porks are very fragrant and appetitizing. The french fries which goes along with this main course is equally tasty and not too salty too. 繼續閱讀

This restaurant has one of the best barberqued pork ribs in town. The pork ribs are barberqued well with their signature sweet and barberqued sauce, which has been absorbed into the pork meat really well. Every piece of the pork ribs can taste the sweetness of the barberqued sauce and the pork meat is also very juicy and tender. The french fries are not too oily and great to have it as the side dish for this sinful main course. 繼續閱讀

Came here for dinner before a concert at the stadium. I've eaten at the Clarke Quay location many times, but this was my first time at Brewerkz Indoor Stadium. I'd heard from a friend that they use a wood-fired pizza oven, so instead of the usual burgers we ordered 2 pizzas. Pizza always pairs well with beer, but these pizzas were great! The crust was the right balance between doughy and chewy, and there was a generous toppings and cheese. We ordered the Italian Connection (perfect for meat-lovers) and the "Quack Quack" (in the photo) with duck, peppers, and arugula. I love greens on top of pizza - wish they did that for all of them. I also feel that the pizzas ($18-22) are a better value than the burgers ($18-25). 2 pizzas = 3 stuffed people. 繼續閱讀

Sausages & MashOrdered spicy Italian and bratwurst sausages. Love those big fat juicy sausages especially the bratwurst. The sour veggie (whatever it is that they put under the sausages) taste really good as well. I cleaned up mine and ate up my colleague's as well. 繼續閱讀
