As I’ve eaten this at the Telok Ayer branch before, sis wanted thai food and I wanted malay/indonesian, so best of both equals to Bumbu. The peranakan restaurant is decorated with a combination of traditional and modern. We ordered Tahu Telor which was too oily , Seafood fried egg salad was nice and appetizing , you’ll have to eat or isolate the eggs otherwise the eggs will become soggy. Hot and spicy chili prawn was fresh and crunchy. Tender and succulent black pepper beef was flavourful and spicy. Most of all these dishes goes very well with white rice.
