Out of all the minced meat noodle soup that I tried before, I feel that Blk 216 Bedok serve the best minced meat noodle soup. The soup is great and I especially like their wonton which is really tasty. I usually will ask to add more wonton with my noodle. Their noodle is cooked just nice and it comes with meatball too, which also taste good, springy. Another thing I like about this stall is that the minced meat in their noodle does not contain alot of fats. Unlike the stall at Blk 85 Bedok which I also feel is over-rated, you can practically see the “meat” floating on the soup, those are fats and not meat. This stall has had a long history of selling minced meat noodles, they are the 4th genearation! Give it a try and I believe you will agree that it is tasty. They start at 6am and closed at 1.30pm. Be prepared to queue if u go on the weekends but you wont regret it . Btw, they only serve soup noodle, no dry version.

Compared to the Minced Meat noodle soup at Fengshan which I feel is over-rated, I prefer this stall at Blk 216 Bedok. You wont regret having to queue for it for breakfast... The soup is tasty (can ask for without oil as soup is rather oily), noodles & meat balls QQ, my wife especially LOVE the dumplings!! Do come early to avoid disappointment, as nice noodles may be sold out by around 1pm.

Famous for its mincemeat noodle, this stall has had a long history of selling noodles. The noodles are chewy and is generous in its serving of ingredients. A highlight of the stall is its soup, which is boiled with pork and has a strong taste of mincemeat. Seaweed is added to the soup to heighten its flavour. The chili that is mixed with the noodles is not too spicy, overall, a recommended bowl of noodles.

This chai chee minced meat noodle open early in the morning. Have this for my very first time for breakfast.They only got minced meat noodle in soup, they got no dry minced meat noodle. The soup based is good with alot of minced meat and they also come with meat ball and wanton too. Overall the whole noodle is not overcooked and the soup combintation with the noddle make the whole bowl of noodle taste great. This stall is located at the very corner of the hawker.. Do spend alittle time to find the stall and try it.. you wont reject it =). Come with afew price $2.50/3/..
