It was always long Queue for this stall in Parkway Food Republic! Just nice there wasn't any queue so I quickly make a quick order of fried fish soup with rice. Since I am packing back to the office I ask them to place the fried fish into my rice instead of placing it to the soup which will not be nice when is all soak up! As I was queuing for the soup I could see a newspaper explaining what type of fish and cooking method. The owner uses 100% fish meat for his fried fish slices, with no flour batter was used.This time round I choose to order the soup without milk, I just wanted clear soup. The sliced fish tasted fresh no fishy taste, the fried one were just as tasty. The soup base tasted sweet, which makes it light for the stomach to digest.
