I had dinner at Jem the day before yesterday at Chai's Nihon Ryori at Cook House, which is located on level 5. Anyway I ordered the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Set ($5.50) but I did not see any grilled chicken meat when i received the food. Quite disappointing. It's fried chicken meat served with teriyaki sauce. The chicken is nicely fried, crispy but i think the ratio of chicken skin to meat is 2:1. So I shall pretend I ordered chicken skins (like the kind served at Wadori , + fats) for dinner. H

I could not decide what to eat so i settled for the Japanese Stall that was near where i was sitting. It turned out to be quite a disappointment, not because it did not taste good but because i found it not worth the amount i paid. I ordered their teriyaki chicken. i paid about $5 plus and the portion of the chicken was so miserable. looked totally different from the picture menu. the chicken tasted alright though, was tender and the teriyaki sauce was not too sweet.
