Me and hubby eats full day vegetarian on every 1st and 15th on the lunar calendar. Today we visited Choo Zai Zhai at Circuit Road. It is really hard to get a parking lot here. We ordered Cereal ‘Prawn’, Sambal ‘Stingray’, Black Pepper ‘Beef’.Crispy mock prawn coated with flavourful cereal is really tasty, if only I had this for breakfast cereal everyday, I would pour milk! Kidding, that would be disgusting. Sambal mock fish is made out of beancurd skin so it’s very crispy, the chili is hot and spicy. Aromatic black pepper mock beef is very appetizing.Overall this place sets the new standard on mock vegetarian food as the art of faked meat.
