I was looking around for some interesting snacks and I found this. I like egg tarts but because they were mainly made from egg yolk. I tried to refrain from it for fear of the cholesterol. But this one was special. It was called the Egg White Tart (or White Egg Tart). As it's name suggested, the filling was made from egg white and that's the reason why it's white. It costs $1 each.As compared to the normal egg tart, this was less fragrant. It's not too sweet, which was a plus point. I could definitely eat more of this than the normal yellow one.
