Welcome to Cygnet, a neo-classic bar and grill by Sean Connolly.
Breeze past the bar and sip it all in: a tempting Art Nouveau feast. Pixelated palms shimmer across tiles as intriguing flavours come into focus. This is old world charm and chargrill.
A sophisticated number serving up bold plates with nothing to hide. Over the top? Perhaps – but never overdone, we prefer to keep things simple. Because a juicy scotch steak needs no introduction and pan-seared snapper needs only lemon.
Of course, behind every great dish is an even greater wine. Sydney rock oysters and a crisp Sémillon; could there be a more perfect match? Leaf through our lists of iconic labels and young guns; you’re bound to find a power couple.
Like your drops creative and in a short glass? Cygnet’s New York inspired cocktails will make a brand new start of it. By all means: spin the cart straight to your table. A cheeky bump of caviar to accompany that apéritif is just what the afternoon ordered.
