One of the common dessert that we always share is Ice Kachang. Just after our meals over lunch, we decided to share a bowl of dessert to cool ourselves down especially when the weather was quite bad lately.We had the classic shaved ice with smashed red beans topped the peak of the color hill of the Ice. We had the classic shaved ice with smashed red beans topped the peak of the color hill of the Ice. It came in typical red, lime green, yellow and brown colors. Instead of having a sharp peak, the bowl of dessert was shaped nicely by Kopitiam Stall helpers, quite different from what we have from the hawkers. Taste wise, the texture of the shave ice was soft and melts instantly when it landed onto our tongues. Sweetness and ingredients were more of the average, nothing much that gave the WoW factor from the simple bowl of cooling dessert.Cost: $2
