my sister is a little clumsy, she went to take away some dim sum for the family for our breakfast. However she spilled the chilli oil of the chilli all over the plastic bag but nevertheless, it did not affect the nice taste of the dim sum. She ordered a couple of different dim sum. I must say the bean curd skin is one of the nicer ones. The gravy of it is thick and tasty, not too salty. The bean curd skin is very chewy while the filling inside is soft. They are very generous with their ingredients. But I must say, their dim sum is a little oily which explains for the shine of my picture.
