Double Boiled Food (已結業)

This bowl of soup was really well-brewed and rich in ginseng flavour with the ginseng roots at the bottom. The chicken piece was also quite big and the chicken meat was tender, but the soup became very bitter towards the end because all the herbs were right at the bottom. A very healthy bowl of soup for dinner!
