Our company ordered a mini lunch buffet from ecreative catering for an occasion.Mango Fish ~ Mango sauce taste artificial, seems like like using mango emulco without adding any mango puree. but the condolence is that the fish does not have a fishy smell.Chicken Nugget ~ still crispy despite being cold after having delivered for so long.Salad Prawn w Raisins ~ even though it's a simple fried dish drizzle with salad dressing, raisin and fruit cocktail, it's a perfect combination.Oven Baked Honey Drumlet ~ tough dry and hard is all I can say!Kampong Fried Mee Siam ~ I would usually prefer wet mee siam with the gravy as I have yet to come across any good and yummy dry mee siam. Well, after this experience, I would change my thinking. Springy tasty mee siam with the appropriate amount of spices, does not taste like rubber band. Great! Golden Egg BeancurdMini Chocolate Éclair ~ not very sweet! Good!Our spread!
