Mmmmm...their traditional fish and chips is what I enjoy the most! The batter is crisp and light, not too thick so it doesn't overwhelm the fish inside and you can taste the fish well. Plus I just love the lemon butter sauce that comes with it! I usually ask for an extra small bowl of the sauce because it's never enough! This probably the best seafood platter I had as it has all my favourites items. This is the dinner I had with my mom during the Mother's Day Celebration last year. The ingredients used are all so fresh and they were in thick slices. My favorite dip was their signature Garlic Butter Sauce, it just compliments with their grilled dory fish. When I last went to Fish & Co, I ordered the Seafood Platter for One.It is described as "A generous array of grilled seafood such as tiger prawns, dory fillet and calamari served on a bed of paella rice and chips".I definitely have to agree.Fish & Co does serve their food in very generous portions!The food has always been up to standard whenever I've patronized the restaurant.This time round, was no different.The tiger prawns were grilled very well and the dory fillet was grilled till the bottom of it was a little crisp yet chewy and tender when bitten into.Both the prawns and fillet feels like they melt into your mouth after a while. It has been quite a while since I visited Fish and co, and I was really disappointed that the food standard had dropped. I used to love their grilled squids which are really well flavoured. But this round, the grilled squid was really bad and the portion of the grilled fish also seemed to have shrunk. I also ordered the pasta for my little gal and it tasted really bland. The only item which I enjoy most is the giant size ice blended drink, it is so refreshing especially on a hot sunny day where the restaurant's aircon was not in working condition and fans were used to circulate the air. …查看更多

Something must have gone wrong with me that day to order something that is not fish and chips in their menu. Haha.I have absolutely no idea why they would include dishes that they cannot make it delicious into the menu. My bf and I had a sudden craving for Fish & Co one day so we popped by the outlet at Parkway Parade and went straight for the Seafood platter for two The platter consisted of fish, prawns, calamari, mussels, chips and raisin rice. The portion was rather big; luckily we were hungry enough to finish every single thing. I only wished that the portion of the rice could be more, so that there would be company for the seafood.:(Nevertheless, the seafood tasted great on their own. A small birthday dinner with 3 other people. We chose this place as it was near my aunt's work place. Whats more, there's a 10% discount if any of the diner's birthday falls on that day. And best thing is, one need not be a Fish & Co member to enjoy that 10% discount.Other than ordering mains for each of ourselves, we shared the premium seafood feast platter. The platter consists of pieces of grilled white fish, prawn fritters, grilled normal-sized prawns, baked king prawns, baked scallops, mussels with garlic butter (super yummy!!!) and fried calamari. This platter is sufficient for 3 to 4 people, I would say. So you can imagine how full we all were, after the meal! I had the baked ginza salmon, which is a piece of baked salmon fillet, served with futaba seasoning mix. I like the fresh salmon meat and it was baked perfectly! :)As this meal was for a birthday celebration, the birthday person was surprised in a loud way. The staff gathered and presented a sparkler stick to the birthday person and sang a Birthday song loudly and with much enthusiam. They held on to a small piece of cake whioe singing that song and clapping away. At the end of the song, they took a polaroid shot and presented the polaroid photo with handwritten birthday wishes to the birthday person. On the same evening, there were 3 other birthday celebrations going on, yet the staff were not tired of doing the same birthday song and all for 4 times! By the way, Fish & Co doesn't serve alcohol, as we actually wanted to order that... So after the meal, we proceeded to a nearby pub in East Coast.And I also signed up for a Fish & Co member. Not that I dine at this place often.... In fact, it must have been more than a year ago since I dined there. But the member perks were quite attractive that I simply signed up.
