Genki Sushi was inspired by 24 year old sushi chef Fumio Saito, whose aim was to integrate ‘Kaiten’ into his sushi restaurant. This revolving conveyor belt would modernise his restaurant, pioneering the use of such technology to serve sushi. Genki Sushi first set up their outlet in Singapore in 2011, and has since grown to 7 stores across the country. Through a Kousoku Express system, Genki Sushi in Singapore brilliantly delivers dishes to tables, providing a quick and exciting dining experience.
