Good Hainanese chicken rice is simply the best. There is a stall in Bugis that sells good chicken rice. The rice is fragrant and each mouth of the rice makes you want more. The chicken is tender and the sauce is good. I like the Hainanese pork chop as well. They fry the pork chop to a crisp and when you dip it in the sauce, tastes delicious!
