I havent been to the Bukit Merah area in a long time. So when me and my friends went down, we decided to try the famous well known stall for Hokkien Mee in Bukit Merah. The noodle is slightly oily though. But the squid and prawns are fresh. The taste of the noodles is brought out very nicely. The taste is heavenly. The noodles are not too dry. Has just the perfect mix of moisture and dryness.
