This place is quietly packed away at 2nd floor on top of kfc at toapayoh central,about 5 minutes walk from the interchange.Do take note that they have a 1 for 1 promotion for their items on Monday which is quite a good bargain as their main course are around $20 each set before tax.Place is spacious and nicely done up, old American pub style,with dim lights for a nice ambience,unlike your usual dining restaurant which is bright with packed tables to seat more customers.This is a very good place to chill out with your colleagues or friends after work.Their portion of food is big, like American standard, hence if you are small eaters, you might want to order 1 portion to share with your friend or order their starters/snacks.My favourite dish here would be their fish and chips.As you can see from the picture i attached, portion is big, and the battered fish taste real good, there is no "fishy" taste and it goes very well with the tartat sauce provided.I like the corn and vegetables too, they made the meal more complete and healthier.

We went for the Monday 1 for 1 promotion and ordered the natural prime ribs (steak)...wow....the steak was so tender and it melted in our mouth. Service was very prompt and the food was served promptly...partly due to the fact that we were there after 2 pm.However, need to note that this outlet is no longer named "Hog's Breath". We went recently and it has changed the concept and the items on the menu are more affordable now. It is still under the same boss, that's what we heard from the staff.
