I normally would only eat the Japanese stall or wan chai whenever I visit ntu canteen 1. However, my girlfriend insisted I try this stall’s sweet and sour fish rice. so I did, and I was so shocked by this stall. When the food came, I was appalled at the huge mountain of fish and rice. normally stalls would give a lot of rice and very little dish, but for hong jing yuan, they give both a lot of fish and rice. and the quality of the food was not compromise because of the quantity. A rare find in a school canteen!
