Ichiban Sushi

While walking around at Hougang Mall, I was hungry and craved for something light to eat. Walking on the second floor I came across Ichiban Boshi and decded to pick out my favourite sashimi sushi to eat. I chose two salmon sushi and a salmon cheese maki. It was delicious! I happened to pass by Ichiban Sushi at Hougang Mall and suddenly I craved for their cheese cake. Cannot withstand the crave, I bought a small cheesecake at $2.10 for my afternoon tea break. The cheesecake does not appear too be tempting but those who have not try it before must definitely give it a try. The cheese cake is moist and when you bite into it, you can feel the softness of the cake, it literally melts in your mouth. The cheese flavour is not overpowering yet you can still taste a slight cheese flavour. A little bit sweet but just right for this cheese cake. How I loved it.
