I chanced upon this bakery after lunch at the coffee shop nearby. My attention was caught by the old school feel of this bakery. I spotted loaves of the traditional bread lined up neatly on the table. And, i decided to get something to go. I got a Sambal Chilli Prawn Bun for $1.20. Not particularly cheap for such an old school tasting bun though. The bread was slightly thick with just the right amount of sambal chilli prawn filling in it. The level of spiciness tasted rather mild with a slight fragrance of the nicely prepared dried prawn. It tasted just fine and not particularly outstanding. The Sugar & Raisins Bun is also priced at $1.20. The bread tasted not as soft as expected with not enough sugar sprinkled on top though quite a bit of raisins embedded in it. Perhaps i did not make the right choice thus i ended up not liking it. 繼續閱讀
