Yes, the sauce is abundant - scary . But really , I love it when my sauce is this much . It taste and go really well with refined white rice especially when the rice is not too hard but a little bit softer than usual and a little bit sticky like how japanese and korean prepare their rice. The sauce in this case, may be a little bit saltier than what I would expect but overall it is still good as the sauce has the sweet taste that can help to cover the salty taste by a little bit. The char siew is seriously to little , I mean, it could be more if they were to slice it this thin.
