I ordered a bowl of ramen as I wanted to try out its special soup base. It was mentioned that they used burnt garlicwhich tasted really flavourful and I can't helped but to finish up all the soup. My friend ordered teriyaki chicken with rice. It was served with this unique 'woody looking bowl' with the cap on. When lifted the cap off, the fragrance was released and lingered around our noses. Another friend ordered a bowl of rice and some ala carte dishes such as this squid. It was not overly sweet by the sauce and the squid was fresh and chewy. We also shared 2 sticks of salmon belly with a squeeze of lemon juice. Same as the rest of the other dishes, it was flavourful and fragrant from the barbecuing. The tender flesh really made us craved for more.

Somewhere last year I went to this japanese restaurant and it was my first time there and pardon me without any picture cos that was way before I came to know about open rice reviews on food. I ordered a rice with salmon served in a wooden bucket and I loved it. It was flavourful and delicious. We had some sticks of yakitori and they were just as good and on top of it, we also had their in house promotions for that month which was their sashimi and they were very fresh. The ambience was good but must agreed that the price is a bit dear.

This restaurant fall under 'The asia kitchen' group and since i got the member card, i thought can give it a try.ordered quite a number of grill stuff since that is supposed to be their specialty. You can see what food was order from the photo.Overall, the food is pretty good but abit pricey in my opinion.
