Suggestion was given by my friend, we headed here for Bento Meal. Menu of this stall has a very wide selection of Japanese and Korean cuisines, fairly decent from the pictures. Almost all the Bento Set was inclusive of a rice and bowl of Miso soup, rather a good value of money.  Thoughtfully included one slice of Watermelon, the set was generous-looking and tempting. Deep-fried fish was fluffy fresh, battered skin was a crispy crunch. Rice was a lot, slightly dry yet went very well with the pipping hot Miso Soup. Coleslaw was refreshing, not only as a dressing but also tasted not bad. $5.90 for the set with soup, price was satisfyingly reasonable.

 Korean BBQ Chicken Set ($5.00)
The BBQ chicken was quite tender but it was rather mild and not very spicy. We liked that it had a slight smokey flavour which we enjoyed. The portion of the chicken given was also quite decent. This set came with a bowl of white rice, smooth and tasty Korean egg soup with tofu cubes, and sides of spicy and sour kimchi and anchovies, which was unfortunately a tad too soft for our liking. For $5.00, we thought this was pretty decent although we'd have love the BBQ chicken to be spicier.

 Chicken & Gyoza Japanese Bento Set ($5.90)
This bento set came looking really appetizing with rice topped with black sesame seeds, fried chicken in sweet sauce, gyoza and two slices of watermelon. It also came with the same soup as the Korean BBQ set although we were expecting miso soup. But for $5.90, we agreed that this was rather worth the price, both portion-wise and taste-wise. The chicken was crispy and the sauce was very smooth and sweet. The gyoza were also quite crispy at the edges and the tasty vegetable and meat filling inside were juicy and soupy but not soggy. This bento set was my favourite out of all the dishes we ordered and I'd recommend giving their bento sets a try!

 Fried Chicken Ramen ($3.50)
Compared to the chicken in the bento set, the fried chicken here was a tad tough and felt a little overcooked. Nevertheless, it was still tasty when dipped into the mayonnaise. The ramen was the highlight in this dish as the noodle was quite smooth and chewy although it felt a tiny wee bit starchy to me. The portion given was also quite generous and the soup base was light but tasty and came topped with vegetables and mushroom slices. At $3.50, this was really quite affordable.

Overall, the prices here were more or less expected of Korean and Japanese food and we agreed that the taste of the food here were not bad. Although this was a self service stall, we found their service to be quite okay as well and it helped that the stall owners were prompt with our food. Considering that this was at a coffee shop, we weren't really expecting much of the environment, however, we were slightly irked when we came during dinner time on a weekday only to find that many of the empty seats inside, even those near the Korean & Japanese stall, were all "choped" by the zichar stall for non-existing customers. Because of that, I'd suggest going slightly earlier for whatever few tables are still available if you do not want to wait for a seat or sit outside at the smoking corner.
