It is all the rage when Lady M opened in Singapore as it is their first overseas store. I didn't manage to visit the store at Marina Square and I made it a point to visit their second outlet at Fullerton last week when I happened to be at the area. This outlet's ambience is very good if you manage to the the seats near the window like I did. The furniture is spick and span as well and white furniture gives a feeling of class. Anyway, I just had to try their signature, the mille crepe in original flavour. This cake is made up of layers and layers of paper-thin handmade crêpes with light pastry cream in between layer. I felt very light while typing this as it is really a very painstakenly put together cake with all the layers. The taste did not disappoint. The cake is very light and just sweet enough and it is really a delight. It did not feel too heavy even with cream on each layer. It is one of the better cakes that I have ever had.
