Finally, I got the chance to visit Laksania.Laksania is a place where you can find different kinds of Laksa from Penang, Kelantan, Sarawak as well as local Singapore Laksa. They aim to have an innovative menu, specializing in local and fusion dishes with Laksa leaves.Here the table number display advertising their laksa.I had the Iced Lemongrass Tea drink to pair up with my meal as I felt that they are of the best combination, enhancing the taste further.Originated from Borneo Island, Sarawak La
Besides that, ingredients like shredded chicken, sliced prawns, fresh coriander, beansprouts, lime and homemade belachan chili are served on used. It was my first time trying Sarawak Laksa, it had a special tangy taste added with a little bitterness inbetween but the aftertaste was ok. Overall, the service is quite attentive and waiting time is very short. This place serve a one stop place for laksa lovers, gathering all laksa dishes together. I dont mind going back to try other kinds of laksa.
