The weather is getting a little crazy these days. Some of the days are extremely hot and some are rainy and cold. It was one of those rainy days when i was at this food centre for lunch. I spotted this porridge stall and decided to have a bowl of pork porridge from this stall for the first time. The porridge came with ingredients like pig's intestine, liver, lean meat and minced meat. They added the spring onions and dried shallots just before served. The texture of the porridge was quite watery

I spotted this porridge stall and decided to have a bowl of pork porridge from this stall for the first time. The porridge came with ingredients like pig's intestine, liver, lean meat and minced meat. They added the spring onions and dried shallots just before served. The texture of the porridge was quite watery so not too filling when i done with eating it. It tasted not too bad though.
