While out with my mum, we headed to Lerk Thai for lunch as we were starving.There were so many dishes that looked so appealing but since it was just the 2 of us, we had a tough time narrowing down what to order!Finally we settled on their Minced Chicken with Basil Leaves.I love how the minced chicken tasted.So fragrant and flavourful and very tender.Loved lovedddddd LOVED this!
