A morning with a bowl of warmth breakfast was a heaven. Porridge would be a best choice, healthy and easy to digest. A middle-aged lady standing in front the stall, I walked towards her and placed my order. Although the stall was small, yet many food was selling here which displayed on the board above the stall.Porridge had better taste with the existence of fried fritter even only few pieces. Porridge had better taste with the existence of fried fritter even only few pieces. Shredded egg appeared mushy and dried peanuts added crunchiness, they mixed very well along the porridge. Drizzle of pepper and soy sauce was an enhancement, I can also taste slices of Ginger too. Smoothness and mouthful reminded me mum-cooking, it was only 1.50 each with egg.
