Since 1968, starting from a pushcart, our founder Lim Lee Seng's belief is to use only the freshest ingredients, without any preservatives, fillers or surimi. Our fishballs, fish cakes, fish dumplings and fish rolls are freshly made every single day at our central kitchen, following strictly to the processes that made our food delicious and fresh. That has made LiXin the household name it is today. LiXin Teochew Fishball Noodles has evolved and grown thanks to the many supporters who have been supporting us all these years.
