Walking here and there, I still haven’t decided on what to eat until I saw this Local Delight stall. Well-maintained and hygiene in manner, staffs were friendly serving customers. The chef cooked visibly on the spot, I was attracted by its scent. Quite a number of choices, all their food in picture looked appetizing. There were few people in front of me, the queue cleared in short time. Traditional touch of delicious flat noodles, it was my favourite hawker food. Little spicy and moist, the plate was tangy in taste and chewy in texture. Sweet and salty soy sauce coated evenly, ingredients were generously given. Shrimp was huge and fresh, extremely delicious while accompanied with Kway Teow. Nobody can resist it, the mixture was decent and not oily at all. $4.50 for mine, of course it was slightly pricey but worth it. 繼續閱讀

I am a zi char lover. Came to this stall and decided to try their tomato fired rice on the menu.Of cos the dishes are cooked upon order. so it is fresh from the wok!Tomato brings out a tinge of sour and sweetness in the fried rice with reasonable amount of ingredients, including prawns. The rice is firm and not soft and mashed. The free soup is different every day and boiled with genuine ingredients. thumbs up 繼續閱讀

Having fried carrot cake is always very shiok! The taste of fried food is good to begin with (though sinful). The fried carrot cake at the food court is not the best, but overall the taste of it is still alright. It costs $5 for a plate, I consider it expensive as compared to those found in hawker centers where I could find much cheaper and better ones. Consolation would be there is air-con while having your meal. 繼續閱讀

I love fried hokkien noodles and to satisfy my cravings for it the other day, I decided to try my luck at the food court in Raffles City Shopping Centre. Chanced upon this stall and decided to try it. The noodles were well fried at the right heat, and amount of water used in the frying process was just right. It was not salty or oily. The noodles were tasty and not too soft. I enjoyed the noodles totally and will definitely come back for more. It costs about $5 for a plate of noodles, quite a reasonable price. The aunty at the stall was friendly when taking our orders. 繼續閱讀
