Brought a plate of grilled stingray. Firstly, the chili gravy that goes together with the stingray was hot and spicy and is a good combination. Slice of onion are also added in the chili gravy and give a crunchy texture. With the added lime juice, it bring the flavour of the stingray to another level. The meat of the stringray has a soft and tender texture and was well cooked. Size of the stingray was acceptable but the thickness was not sufficient, too thin. Lastly the chilli sauce provided has a sweet and sour refreshing taste, goes very well with the stingray. Overall is worth a try.
