sometimes the variety there is not great. not much to choose from. and obviously not baked there but somewhere else. but it can be cheap during promo times - $1 per bun! it's average buns and the dough is generally very dry compared to breadtalk. but for $1, not much to expect. the filling is usually more air then anything. but it's all good for a quick bite. service is fast and friendly. nothing great about the taste.

if you get there late, there won't be much choices to choose from. as i didn't like the options that were left, i chose the standard red bean bun. the pastry here is pretty dry and strangely very dark brown. the sesame seeds on top brought out the flavour of the pastry. the bean pastry inside is very minimal. there is a huge air pocket inside. overall, it is not satisfying. cost $1 when on special

I seldom see any queue at this shop whenever I go suntec. And in fact I do not understand why as I really find their breads nice . They are really generous with the fillings and the first bite I can already see the big chunk of chocolate in the bun. They were having a promotion for the bun when I went there that time, $1 for each bread. I really hope this shop will stay as I really like their chocolate bun.

Located near carrefour at suntec city, Mayson Bakery offers various pastries and soft buns fresh from the oven. They were having a promotion for their soft buns at $1 each and I bought one blueberry bun to try. The bread was soft although there weren't much fillings inside; just a few pieces of raisins. It was toppled with some blueberry jam and fine sugar, the bun was very nicely presented.
