Miso Japanese Food - Food Republic (已結業)

The teriyaki chicken was very tender and sweet. The Ebi was crispy and inside was juicy prawn, but probably overcooked by A LITTLE cos it's more dark brown than goldbrown . Miso soup was nice and light. Not too salty. Chawan mushi was misleading, it tasted alright but as you can see the photo, there was literally one slice of mushroom and fish cake underneath it all was pure egg. I can't complain for 50¢ addon I guess. You get what you pay for.
