Having my lunch at Kopi Foodcourt, it was very common to see Mixed Rice stall and it was most popular during lunch time since it provides a lot of choices for customers.Ordering Economy Mixed Rice, I picked two veggies plus one meat. Yes, it was a bit messy in appearance yet the food was surprisingly tasteful. I like the curry with a little spicy and sweetness, Braised Tofu and Tomato Eggs not bad too. 1st foodcourt I've visited that still has its prices at $3+! Lots of food around! There are altogether 3 foodcourts in the vicinity of Yew Tee MRT! WOW! Since I was on my carbo-load mission (it's an excuse I tell ya! ), I opted for Mixed Vegetable Rice. The stall only had 2 rows of side dishes (I've seen more extensive ones), and therefore, these are my choices:Steamed Egg (healthy)Looks normal but it was rather flavourful. This mixed vegetable rice stall has a lot of variety for their dishes. I was spoilt for choice when I got there. I decided to da bao their sweet and sour pork, braised toufu and bean sprouts. Their sweet and sour pork is really good, they used lean meat for their pork, it was deep fried perfectly and the sauce is sweetish.
