These fish fillets from this vegetable rice stall is one of my favourite dish. The fish meat in it is quite thick, fresh and juicy. The crispy crust on the outer layer is very tasty and also not too oily. Appreciate that the stall chef did not overly coat the fish fillets with too much chilli and tomato paste which does not make the fish fillets too soggy. Great to have it with their standard plain rice.
