Back in the usual place where I eat across my place, it was time to get rid of all the bad things of eating no fibres, I chose my usual healthy looking favorite of fried tofu sapo, green vegetables in chopped garlic and sweet sour pork as a complement.I was lucky this evening to have chosen the right vegetables as it tasted sweet and the garlic, fragrant with its smell - most likely out of the cooking pan and not cooked several hours back. Pork was definitely a tad cold because it was there and the tofu was cooked just at the nice level of softness and the soup sauce wasn't that salty, hence adding soy sauce to enhance the flavor.
