Teh-Tarik or pull tea is prepared by pouring hot tea from a mug to the glass and the pouring actions must be repeated a few times. The higher the pull the thicker the froth. I didn't see them prepare the teh tarik so I'm not sure how many times and how high they pull the teh tarik but when it comes, there's not much froth on top already.
