After my dinner at Hong Kong Street Chun Tat Kee, I still have some space for dessert so I went to check out N & B Snacks at the HDB block across the carpark. N & B Snacks made fresh Soya Bean Milk and Beancurd themselves everyday. The eatery has a simple interior design and a couple of fridge to store the Soya Bean Milk and Beancurd.I had the Soya Bean Milk with Peanut Dumplings. It is a dessert that I can enjoy all three of my likings, Soya Bean Milk, Beancurd and Peanut Dumplings. Both the Soya Bean Milk and Beancurd were fresh and smooth. The disappointment was the Peanut Dumplings were from those instant packet and not made by them but it tasted okay with a lot of peanut fillings.

The beancurd dessert here has a better quality one compared to other places. The beancurd is extremely smooth in texture and you the beancurd used is even more fragrant than the others. The sugar syrup used in this beancurd dessert somehow I feel it is a bit more fragrant than other places which I think they may have used the pandan leave to cook the sugar syrup. The portion is quite reasonable and the price is quite affordable as well. Usually sold out very fast during early evening so do go there early to avoid disappointment.

A good choice to curb your thirst on a hot day, and a healthier choice too as compared to the canned soft drink. This Soya Bean milk was a pleasant surprise, it got a nice and thick soya bean taste with the right balance of sweetness just the way i liked it. The Soya Bean Milk are ready packed and left in the refrigerator and it has label to indicate whether it is the sweet or the non-sweet version for you to choose. If you are hungry, they are selling snacks like chicken pies, tuna pies, sausage rolls etc. Recommended.
