The ambience of OldTown White Coffee gives that unmistakable air of warmth and camaraderie. From the very first outlet to the 211th outlet currently, OldTown White Coffee is the earliest to bring that legendary cup of white coffee from 1958 out of Ipoh.

Here at Oldtown it is not just their signature traditional coffee that impress the consumers, their cooked food are equally good as well!I have ordered their Supreme Prawn noodles at $8.50 to check out this premium main course. Food was served to me in 5 minutes by a cheerful waitress. Prawn soup for this dish was really fragrant and thick and tasty. I really wonder how many prawns' heads have been used to the soup base that make it so delicious! Noodles are chewy and portion is generous. Large fresh prawns are served in this dish as well, which is sweet and yummy! Chocolate mocha freeze was alright but not as good as those high end cafe but better than normal fast food restaurant. Chocolate could have been thicker and not too sweet. Restaurant layout is simple but bright and comfortable. Great dining venue for a simple yet quality meal!

You must be wondering why am I writing a review for such a simple dish? This is not just simple but this is one of the better ipoh hor fun I've ever tried in singapore! The soup broth is rich of taste and I'm sure they don't put MSG in it. The hor fun noodle is very soft and silky and chicken served in it is very tender and chewy as well! You definitely can get to have decent hor fun in singapore too, not just ipoh

The drinks arrived before the food and the chendol soya freeze is nice! I like the blend of chendol and soya and the chendol bits in the drinks makes it more satisfying! Definitely a refreshing change from the usual coffee order. Whenever I dine in at Old Town, I usually order their rendang or curry chicken rice set and this is the first time I am actually trying their noodles! This is essentially like an instant noodle topped with an egg, chicken meatloaf and some veg. Both actually look pretty similar, just the difference of the type of noodles. One is kway teow and the other is meehoon. Overall, I still prefer their rice sets, and toasts!

We came here for breakfast one Sunday morning. I ordered the French toast among other dishes. The French toast consisted two slices of bread sandwiched with crunchy peanut butter. The two slices of bread were then dipped in egg batter and deep fried before being topped with syrup. Honestly the dish was quite tasty but it was dripping in oil! There was a puddle of oil on the bottom of the plate!

had nasi lemak here for breakfast on a weekend morning. The nasi lemak set i got came with fried chicken wings. There are also other options that come with other toppings as well such as sambal sotong. The rice was flavourful with a nice coconut fragrance and the chilli sambal mixed with the rice added an extra flavour dimension. Chicken wing was nice and crisp while remaining juicy
