Fried rice with a little burnt fragrance is heavenly! I love it especially when its served in a wok like that.. There was salted fish fried inside the dish, giving the rice more flavour. I picked on most of the salted fish even before I started on the rice. There was quite a lot of vegetables (lettuce) in the rice. The rice was well cooked, not too wet or dry. The portion of fried rice is not large, so for hungry people, you might not feel very full after the meal! Overall, it was a sumptuous meal.
