My mom bought a dozen of bite-sized durian puffs home. They came neatly packed in 3 rows of fours. I took a bite into one and it was pretty creamy and good, didn't taste like D24 durian but certainly fresh, the durian custard filling wasn't too sweet either. Have I mentioned that the texture of the hollow round crisp choux pastry puffs were fluffy and just 'melted' in my mouth? A must try.
