人生第一次食Macarons就係Paul。Paul 是一間法國創辦的連鎖麵包店和咖啡店，主打麵包、蛋糕、macarons等，還有主食的餐廳。可惜香港沒有分店，所以每次出外旅行見到都一定會幫襯。今次去新加坡發現有Paul Cafe，已預留個肚去食一餐，在新加坡機場的Jewel 剛好有一間，食完就去趕飛機。Kid’s menuMain我地選咗mushroom cream pasta 。估唔到甘好食，cream 很香唔會好重奶味，意粉唔會好硬或軟。Dessert 選咗朱古力蛋糕，1/2slice 份量剛剛好，唔會好甜。Waffle & macaron sundau兩片waffles很脆不會苦，加上兩粒最愛的開心果和朱古力味macaron，還有兩個朱古力味和雲呢拿味雪糕，各樣都配搭完美。最後當然要買盒最愛的Macarons 返香港慢慢嘆！每次必買其他甜品店很少見的大大個macaron。 PAUL Jewel Changi Airport
