人生第一次食Macarons就係Paul。Paul 是一間法國創辦的連鎖麵包店和咖啡店,主打麵包、蛋糕、macarons等,還有主食的餐廳。可惜香港沒有分店,所以每次出外旅行見到都一定會幫襯。今次去新加坡發現有Paul Cafe,已預留個肚去食一餐,在新加坡機場的Jewel 剛好有一間,食完就去趕飛機。Kid’s menuMain我地選咗mushroom cream pasta 。估唔到甘好食,cream 很香唔會好重奶味,意粉唔會好硬或軟。Dessert 選咗朱古力蛋糕,1/2slice 份量剛剛好,唔會好甜。Waffle & macaron sundau兩片waffles很脆不會苦,加上兩粒最愛的開心果和朱古力味macaron,還有兩個朱古力味和雲呢拿味雪糕,各樣都配搭完美。最後當然要買盒最愛的Macarons 返香港慢慢嘆!每次必買其他甜品店很少見的大大個macaron。 PAUL Jewel Changi Airport
